Order Up Home

1 onboarding

It all starts with us getting to know each other. We schedule a 30-minute strategy session to understand your menu, restaurant, customer base, and ideal brand voice.

2 PAYMENT

Order Up is billed once a month via credit card. We will connect with you to safely and securely enter your credit card information into our database.

3 PHOTOSHOOT

At every 2-hour photoshoot, we will capture enough photos and videos of your food, drinks, and decor to last 3-4 months (Tier 1) or 6-7 months (Tier 2). We will stay on top of scheduling your next photoshoots to make sure you have enough fresh content.

4 SOCIAL CALENDAR AND MENU ORG DOC

After your photoshoot, we provide you with your social calendar (contains photos/videos, captions, posting date) and menu organization doc (lists each dish along with the appropriate photos and videos). These links never change, so you can always keep track of your calendar and org doc as we update them.

5 CONNECTING SOCIAL ACCOUNTS

Here’s where the magic happens! We use a social media publishing tool with all of our clients so we need to ensure your social accounts are connected so your posts can go out without a hitch. We will never post anything besides what has been approved by your team.
